A good day was had although I didn't get up to everything we had wanted to. We planned to start too late in the day and parking in the city is a nightmare if you haven't paid for passes which we completely forgot to do. Max 3 hour stay let's go! I was seeing friends I will only refer to with first initials.

R and N had never seen J's new place! They're not quite as local as me so a small house warming was had. We'd planed on going to one of the local museams in the afternoon but due to classic traffic issues and Weekend drivers' penchant for crashing into things, we ended up meeting a lot later than hoped.

Got most of the way though a game of Root before we had to head off thanks to the parking rescrictions then went to a great Indian place. N can usually be dismissive of any restaurant I choose. Never sure if it's a him thing or a me thing honestly. But this time he praised it! J cannot eat Wheat at all so Indian is a great choice, except their popadoms contained Gluten for some reason. Afterwards we just headed back and chilled for a bit. Had a bit of Rosé but as I was driving not too much of course and headed off home after. Not the most glamourus day but I can say I had a nice time.
